Dr. Winston (Freddie) Clarke is a radiologist who has over 30 years experience in the field of radiology. He received the MBBS and the DM, in radiology from the University of the West Indies (UWI) in 1971 and 1976 respectively.

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology and a member of the Radiological Society of North America for over 30 years; a member of the American Roentgen Ray Society; a member of the American College of Radiology and a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine. He also holds a diploma in Management Studies from the UWI.
